On Friday's 12th and final giveaway show, Ellen gave every audience member a Sony HandiCam that usually sells for $800, and the mystery of the gingerbread man finally snapped. After singing a little Christmas ditty, Big Gin finally revealed himself... to be Justin Timberlake!

Yes, it was Justin under the crust all along, and he and Ellen broke out in a holiday two-step, with the talk show queen dressed to match Justin as a glass of milk. What a delicious couple!
