It was an enchanting night for Harry and company as the stars of "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" made a grand entrance -- complete with a triple-decker bus, fog and flashbulbs -- at the movie's DVD premiere in Central London.

"This is crazy," Emma Watson told us. "This bus is so cool."

"It looks so cool, doesn't it?" Rupert Grint added.

Only "Extra" learned the magic secrets behind how the movie's incredible special effects were created, including how makeup artists used movie magic and prosthetics to transform a man into a rat.

The new 2-disc DVD set has tons of extra features that will unlock all the secrets, when "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" hits stores November 23rd.
