The hottest men of the world have graced the pages of People, and now it's time to take a look at the next 50 men to make the magazine's coveted Sexiest Men Alive list. And there's even a little "Extra" surprise among the bunch.

He's a rock star, our main man at "Extra" and now he's been voted one of the Sexiest Men Alive. That's right, our very own Mark McGrath leads the list, alongside rappers, rockers and of course, Usher, who insisted, "The girls love the washboard abs."

But our oh-so-modest lead man claims to be shocked he even made the list. "Look at me, you can see, I'm not sexy at all," Mark said. "If sexy means being a ham, well then hams are in this year."

Singer Kanye West and actor Jerry O'Connell made the list, as well as "Nip/Tuck" doc Julian McMahon, who admitted, "My first reaction was, 'You've got to be kidding.'"

And America's favorite mogul, Donald Trump, proves that power is sexy, at least according to People's Robin Micheli. "He's very powerful," she explained. "He knows it, and that's sexy to women." Donald will grace the pages surrounded by the ladies from "The Apprentice."

But this year's coveted cover and the title of the Sexiest Man Alive goes to Jude Law. The Englishman beat out last year's pick, Johnny Depp, as well as Colin Farrell and Bruce Willis. "He is so cute and he has that fabulous English accent," Micheli told us.

This year's Fabulous 50 hits newsstands on Friday.
