"Extra" has learned "Desperate Housewives" vixen Eva Longoria was rushed to the hospital Wednesday, straight from the set of Wisteria Lane.

According to reports, Miss Eva slipped and fell on her way out of her trailer. Doctors in the ER treated her for bruised ribs.

It's the second time Eva's been hurt on the "Housewives" set; last year, she got hit in the head when a light fell.

Despite the injury, Eva still plans on flying to Paris to reunite with her basketball beau, Tony Parker.
