"Extra" has learned that "Desperate Housewives" vixen Eva Longoria was rushed to the hospital Wednesday, straight from the set of Wisteria Lane.

According to reports, Eva slipped and fell on her way out of her trailer. Doctors in the ER at St. Joseph's Hospital in Burbank, Calif., treated her for bruised ribs.

It's the second time Eva has been hurt on the "Housewives" set; last year, she got hit on the head when a pole fell.

Despite the injury, Eva still plans on flying to Paris to reunite with her basketball beau, Tony Parker.
