Stars Reveal How They Regain Pre-Baby Bodies

Denise Richards, Britney Spears and Heidi Klum are just a few of the hot moms who looked fabulous just weeks after giving birth. And our very own Dayna Devon is no exception -- she had Baby Emmi just seven weeks ago and has already dropped the 24 pounds she gained while pregnant.

"I exercised throughout my pregnancy," Devon explained. "And after giving birth when my doctor said, 'Okay,' I hit the gym hard. I also watch my calories, eating grilled fish, chicken and lots of veggies."

In the new issue of People magazine, Richards reveals how she got her body back post baby. People's Robin Micheli told us that six weeks after giving birth, Richards began working out with her trainer four to six times a week.

"She gained 30 pounds during the pregnancy, and she's taken it all off," Micheli said. "She does boxing, kickboxing, which got her back in her skinny jeans. Plus, weight training, lunges and abdominal exercise like she's never done before."

Richards also had Carrie Wiatt's Diet Designs portion-controlled meals delivered to her home. "She has very small meals throughout the day," Micheli explained. "She likes to snack on fruit and cucumbers."

But all the stars have their own way to lose that post-baby weight. Britney Spears is losing the baby fat thanks to The Zone Diet. Yoga helped Rachel Griffiths hit the beach in a bikini just two months after giving birth. And yoga is also the reason Julia Roberts looked gorgeous in a Dave Matthews music video just eight months after having twins.
