'Extra' Exclusive: Harry Potter
October 20, 2005
"Extra" went to the hallowed halls of Hogwarts for a behind the scenes look at "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," the much anticipated four installment of the blockbuster franchise.
We have a first look at some of the magical scenes with Potter and pals, who this time find themselves competing in a no-holds-barred magic tournament. "There are all kinds of potentially fatal tasks they have to get through in order to be winner of the Tri-Wizard Cup," explains Harry Potter himself, actor Daniel Radcliffe.
The young British star, who's immortalized Harry Potter on screen, goes on to admit that, "some of the stunts were a bit scary." He also told us, "I was on a wire and I fell about 40 feet and very fast and that was really terrifying."
According to Radcliffe, the now-teenage Harry seems vulnerable for the first time in number four: "Harry's life is out of his hands. He has no control over where he's going. I think that's a big thing for Harry because it completely unsettles him, and so he sort of loses control a bit."
"Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" casts its spell on the big screen November 18.
