Pam Anderson Faces Off with an Obsessed Fan
September 26, 2005

Malibu is known as the playground of the rich and famous, but for Pamela Anderson, the star-studded city has turned into a place of fear. For the past month, everywhere she turned, from the post office to the coffee shop to her kids’ school, a mysterious man has been waiting for her.

And now, Anderson is fighting back.

Only "Extra" obtained a copy of the emergency restraining order Anderson filed against a man named Peter Stansfield. In the court papers, the actress claims Stansfield harassed her brother, her assistant and then, most frighteningly, approached her two kids at their school.

Anderson says she confronted Stansfield. She said of the encounter: "He began talking to me, explaining that he wanted me to stop working on ‘Stacked’ and work on a movie with a script that he had written for me."

Anderson, who is now starring in the popular FOX comedy, "Stacked," is constantly balancing work and family. And now, she can only hope that this restraining order will allow her to stop living in fear.
