Few people know that, while out promoting his latest film, "Collateral," Tom Cruise made tons of home videos -- and now only "Extra" gives you the chance to see the superstar like you've never seen him before.

Tom's first stop on his "Collateral" world tour was Madrid, where the superstar gave one young fan a huge lift -- literally, as he hoisted the boy up in the air -- and helped a Spanish fan keep her cool, fanning the star-struck young woman in the heat.

From Madrid, it was off to Berlin, where Tom made the rounds with the town's mayor and handled some special favors for his German fans, such as fielding cell phone calls (he wished a caller "happy birthday") and making sure one lucky fan didn't have an empty stomach Ð by autographing her bare belly!

At Berlin's "Collateral" screening, Tom even tried to get co-star Jada Pinkett Smith to sing, and Jada agreed -- with one condition. "I would sing if Tom would do some flips," Smith insisted. Tom made all the right moves, executing a deft handspring flip, before insisting Jada "bring it!"

After Berlin, Tom's next stop was London, where the huge crowd came from far and wide to get a glimpse of their hero. And once again, Cruise did not disappoint.

"Look, I got Tom Cruise's autograph," one fan showed us. "Oh my God, it's so amazing. He's so lovely," another fan insisted.

And the always good-humored star even danced the hokey pokey with comedian Billy Connelly on British TV.

From London, Tom made his way to Venice, where he traveled Venetian-style in a water-taxi with "Collateral" co-stars Jada and Jamie Foxx, plus director Michael Mann. Tom emerged from the canals to make some fans' dreams come true, granting one lucky girl a kiss on the hand. He then created chaos as he turned the tables on the sea of cameras awaiting him at his premiere, taking a seat among the mass of shutterbugs gathered to photograph him.
