Courteney Cox: 'I'm In Therapy'
August 11, 2006

It's the surprise revelation from Courteney Cox Arquette: her seemingly perfect Hollywood marriage needed a boost, so she sought help in couple's therapy.

Courteney made the shocking confession in Life magazine, in which she explained she and husband David Arquette couldn't figure out why they were fighting on a recent vacation.

In an effort to find out why and prevent future friction, they sought the professional help of a marriage therapist.

"I could see how relationships break up if you don't go, 'What are we doing?'" Cox revealed.

The Hollywood couple's other secret to a happy, healthy marriage? The actress says she and her hubby just really like each other.

Little Coco's proud mom also revealed she'd like another baby, but they're not trying just yet.

Meanwhile, another proud parent in Hollywood is back to work!

Brad Pitt, who recently took some family time, was back at it this week, joining Matt Damon and George Clooney on the "Ocean's 13" set in Las Vegas.

While out of town, Brad decided it would be the perfect time to do a little remodeling. Dad Brad is putting the finished touches on the Brangelina Hollywood Hills home.

Just like Brad Pitt, hip hop superstar Kayne West is now off the market too. "Extra" confirmed Friday that Kayne West popped the question to girlfriend, Alexis.

It will be the first marriage for West, and there's no word yet on a possible date.

Kayne may be settling down, but Hollywood darling Kristen Cavalleri and Brody Jenner are living up the single life!

We were the first to break news about the demise of the "Laguna Beach" beauty and "Prince of Malibu's" breakup, and now TMZ.com has the first comments from Brody about his former flame.

"She's a great girl," Jenner said. "That's all I can say."
