How Hollywood's Biggest Stars Are Spending Summer
August 10, 2006

A beautiful Nicollette Sheridan donated some of her personal items and singer Ciara lent her voice to raise money for the Save the Music Foundation on behalf of Crest White Strips.

The foundation is raising the bar and raising money to keep art programs alive in public school across the country.

"When there are budget cuts, the arts are the first to go," Nicollette revealed.

From the East Coast to L.A., there's a new hot spot for the stars this summer.

Welcome to the famed Polaroid Malibu beach house, where Jana Robinson plays host to a dazzling guest list.

"We've had celebrities like Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie and Molly Simms," she told "Extra."

The 3,000-square-foot beachfront sandcastle is equipped with the latest tech toys like the Sonos System, an X-Box 360 and Polaroid plasma TVs.

Elsewhere, the temperature gauge was running hot from Spike TV's sexy "Power Block" host Courtney Hansen, who struck a pose for her new book "The Garage Girl's Guide to Everything to Need to Know about Your Car."

"I'm hoping that after people read my book they will definitely know how to change the oil, change their tires, change their wiper blades and just the simple things," Hansen explained.

And finally, Kevin Kline is crossing borders in his new movie "Trade: Welcome to America."

The film is a disturbing tale of human trafficking in Mexico, and Kline revealed to "Extra" it's all too real: "It tells a human story and puts a human face on this issue."
