Everything's coming up Brandy. She's got a new album, is about to grace the pages of Rolling Stone and will be Chevrolet's February Calendar Girl (appropriate since her birthday is February 11th -- she'll be 26) -- but when we caught up with the star at her photo shoot, she filled us in on the best new part of her life, her new fiancé.

After a brief non-traditional relationship to Robert Smith, Brandy has found love again, just a jump shot away, in the form of NBA star Quentin Richardson, and she gave us all the romantic details. "He got down on one knee, I cried," she revealed.

But what about the rumor that Richardson gave Brandy an 11-carat diamond engagement ring? It's true, and Brandy was more than happy to show us her dazzling rock.

"I couldn't even look at it," Brandy admitted. "When I first saw it, I turned away."

Lucky for the star, Quentin didn't turn away when she played hard to get. "I didn't call him back for about three months," Brandy told us. "But it worked, I got him, and I'm really happy where life is for me right now. I just want to stay in the moment."
