Jesse Metcalf Makes Big Screen Debut, Returns to 'Housewives'
Wisteria Lane's favorite boy toy gardener is baring a lot more than his six-pack in the new teen comedy, "John Tucker Must Die."
Jesse Metcalf stopped by "Extra," and he revealed it took quite a bit of persuasion to get him to wear a lacy red thong in the film.
"Everybody was hysterical," he admitted. "The first take was really a rush, but I've got to say the fitting was probably a little more embarrassing than actually shooting. Let's just say it had some uncomfortable moments."
In the movie, which co-stars R&B princess Ashanti, Metcalf plays a triple-timing campus stud. But in real life, Jesse's heart belongs to only one lucky lady: Irish pop singer Nadine Coyle.
"Things are pretty good right now," Metcalf said, adding that it's still too early to answer engagement questions.
But Jesse's fans will be happy to know that he's "Desperate" to get out his lawn mower once again, coming back for season three of "Housewives."
"So far it's only one episode," he told us. "But it's going to be a really good episode."
So is Eva Longoria involved in the scene? "She's involved," Metcalf assured us. "She's heavily involved."
Check out Metcalf next season on "Desperate Housewives" and in "John Tucker Must Die," which hits theaters July 28.
