Professional “American Idol” ditz Kellie Pickler is officially the fourth contestant from last season’s show to land a record deal.

And if “The View’s” newest addition Rosie O’Donnell has her way, Ms. Kellie might also land a spot as a co-host on the hit morning talk show.

Although the perky blonde is currently on tour with the rest of the “Idol” gang, she landed a contract with country label BNA Records and 19 Recordings. Her debut album will drop November 14.

Meanwhile, her guest-hosting stint with Barbara, Joy and Elisabeth went so well that soon-to-be "View" co-host O'Donnell weighed in on her website yesterday with a poetic attempt to display her approval: "THAT KID/TODAY ON THE VIEW/PERFECTION!!!/TRIPLE LOVE HER."
