Despite her recent dare to go bare for the cover of Harpers Bazaar, mommy-to-be Britney Spears told Bazaar that, when pregnant, “You don’t feel the most beautiful all the time.”

Spears and husband Kevin Federline are already parents to 10-month-old cutie Sean Preston, and they are expecting baby No. 2 in October.

In an excerpt obtained by USA Today, Spears also admits to Bazaar that pregnancy is empowering, although she felt unprepared and paranoid for her first child.

But with "this one, I was like, I've just got to wing it," she continues. "It was weird for me at first because of who I am. Wherever you go, they expect you to look a certain way. I'm not supposed to be this big huge pregnant superstar."

While taking a break from her musical reign, Spears is working on a line of baby clothes, which she said was inspired by Sean Preston, who she calls a “rocker kid.”

"Hopefully, next year we'll have a fashion show, maybe at Disney World," said Spears, who got her start as a Mouseketeer.

But loyal Spears fans, don’t despair, the pop princess is more than ready to get back to work.

While she "can't wait" to perform again, "I really have to take my time and do it right and be safe," she said. "Actually, not that safe. When you perform, you have to be dangerous."

She also plans to head back to the recording studio, where she hopes to collaborate with Federline.

"I'm so proud of Kevin," she said. "He's been working so hard on his own album since I got pregnant with Preston. I'm so lucky. He's a doll; he's adorable."
