Shannen Doherty: America's Favorite Bad Girl is Back
She's back! But this time, TV's bad girl is helping others break off bad relationships in her new TV series, "Breaking Up with Shannen Doherty."
"I don't claim to be an expert," the sassy star revealed to our Jon Kelley. "All that I bring to the table is my own life experiences."
Shannen told us she's loving her new gig, which has helped her prepare for her next real-life love -- but don't line up yet, guys, Shannen is enjoying this phase in her life.
"I feel really well equipped now," Shannen revealed. "But I think it has more to do with the fact that I've been single for so long and not dating and that I've learned a lot about myself."
And there was a lot to learn. After two failed marriages and very public breakups, the former witch of "Charmed" is ready for a more charming life. And she's got her sights set on the right kind of guy.
"Here's the funny part: I never leave my house," Shannen said of meeting her Mr. Right. "I don't know how I'm going to find him. The guy who delivers the newspaper? Are you cute? I hope so because that's the guy I'm going to meet."
Shannen also revealed that those nasty tabloid headlines of yesterday still sting today. "I get more hurt now than I ever did," she admitted. "And it's so ridiculous that stuff I did when I was 19 years old is still applied to me today."
"It hurts and I would be lying if I said I don't cry when I read something bad about myself," she admitted.
Recently, the bad girl showed her softer side when she shed tears over the passing of "90210" and "Charmed" executive producer Aaron Spelling. "I don't think people quite understood our relationship," she said. "But there was a lot of love there."
So in this time of heartbreak, has Shannen reconnected with former foe Tori Spelling? "I haven't," she said, adding, "I'm giving her a little space right now to deal with that."
Watch as Shannen deals with the trials and tribulations of love, this August on Oxygen.
