Eva Longoria Puts Engagement Rumors to Rest

"Desperate Housewife" Eva Longoria and her boyfriend, NBA star Tony Parker, have been the center of wild rumors recently. But now, for the first time, the couple is sitting down together to talk about their big romance.

Longoria and Parker enjoyed each other's company Wednesday night at the ABC Critics' Association Party in Hollywood, where Longoria told us, "He plays a long season and it interferes with a lot of my stuff I have here, so it's nice to have him here."

"Her world is way crazier than my world," Parker added.

And Longoria sent out a personal message to those pesky paparazzi: "You're ruining it for us!"

The couple was also eager to set one huge rumor straight: they are not engaged. "The only ring that we have is his championship ring," Longoria said. "I have no ring."

However, Longoria is making sure that nothing gets lost in translation between her and the French-speaking Parker, so she's recently taken up learning French.

The actress also revealed that she's looking forward to shedding her sexy TV image when her character Gabrielle is pregnant next season on the ABC hit. "I don't want to be in lingerie anymore," Longoria admitted. "I'm tired of working out and trying to stay in shape."
