"Extra" was with Anna Nicole Smith as she greeted fans for a Trim Spa Special Awards Ceremony at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida Saturday night.

"Tonight means the world to me. There are just so many people here just so inspired by me and I'm just like in awe," she said of her success as a Trim Spa spokeswoman.

Anna is an awe-inspiring woman these days. She has her own new column in the National Enquirer and even revealed her idea for a new TV show. "It's a mix of Judge Judy and Jerry Springer and I think it would be kind of funny."

Anna is even trying to break into the music industry, shopping her own CD, an original collection of songs that she wrote the words to.

On top of all of this, Anna has her own signature line of Trim Spa water. "It's wonderful, it's really good," she said of her water mix.

With this hectic schedule, Anna does not have much time left for her love life. Anna said her dream guy, Regis Philbin, is already taken.

"He's sexy, he's a sexy man," Anna said. "You gotta admit, he knows it all and he tells it all."

Well, now that would be an entertaining couple.
