Jessica Simpson squeezed into her daisy dukes, Jessica Alba got into superhero shape and Jennifer Aniston slimmed down for life after Brad. But how did they all do it?

"Extra" is teaming up with Us Weekly to get the answer. Katrina Szish, the magazine's style editor, revealed Hollywood's hottest summer diets and bodies.

"Jennifer Aniston looks better than ever," Szish said, adding that the actress stays trim on The Zone.

"Fantastic Four" star Jessica Alba started eating healthy at age 12 and now works out five days a week. "It's more about keeping it moving," she said. "It's like 45 minutes we do cardio, weights, cardio, weights."

"Jessica Alba has said that everyone in her family was always very overweight, and she definitely didn't want to be that way," Szish told us.

Meanwhile, Jessica Simpson, who lost eight pounds for "The Dukes of Hazard," sticks to a modified South Beach Diet. "You know I have a trainer," Simpson revealed. "I just basically make sure I work out six days a week -- that's a lot."

But even Hollywood's sexiest figures don't stop exercising. Gwen Stefani is best known for her abs, but now she's working on lunges so she can show off her luscious legs as well.
