Matthew Perry is 'Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip'
June 30, 2006

It's the hot fall series that seduced Matthew Perry to come back to primetime! He's got a whole new group of "Friends," and they're all at "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip!"

Matthew stars with "The West Wing's" Bradley Whitford in NBC's upcoming drama about two hot-shot producers fighting to save their troubled late night show.

"It's exciting and different enough that it really has my brain working," Perry admitted. "He is a rather messy, screwed-up, brilliant, genius writer."

Matthew's character sounds like the perfect kind of guy for Perry's sexy co-stars, Amanda Peet and Sarah Paulson! "He's sort of like my personal life coach, acting coach, everything," Paulson revealed.

"Sometimes he's too funny and you waste a lot of film because you can't keep it together," Peet added.

Cameras roll on "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" Monday nights this fall on NBC.
