Jamie Foxx, Kanye West Win Big at BET Awards
June 16, 2006

It was party time at the 2006 BET Awards on Wednesday night as Mariah, Beyoncé and Kanye helped blow the roof off of LA's Shrine Auditorium.

The most talked about couple of the evening? Beyoncé and Prince! While they didn't arrive together, their names were on the lips of everyone who walked the red carpet.

Super sexy Beyoncé showed off her new hot body as she opened the show with real-life love Jay-Z.

Also performing at the annual awards show was Jamie Foxx, who shared a sizzling kiss with former "American Idol" winner Fantasia. Foxx also happens to star with Beyoncé in the highly anticipated film, "Dreamgirls."

"Beyoncé actually turns the table on everyone," Foxx confessed. "Her dramatic muscle in this movie ‘Dreamgirls' that's what's incredible.'"

The Oscar winner also gave "Extra" a heads-up about "Miami Vice," which hits the big screen next month. "Ferraris, bikinis, desert sand, beaches, Michael Mann, Jamie Foxx, Colin Farrell at the helm. It's crazy, it's nonsense," he promised.

A night of superstars and legends was capped off with an appearance by Best Male Artist winner Prince, who also performed with Stevie Wonder and Lifetime Achievement Award winner Chaka Khan.

Meanwhile, Sean "Diddy" Combs took off his businessman's hat to return to the stage. But with a busy schedule like his, we had to find out how he keeps his buff, hot shape. "To be honest, I been a little bit chubby," he admitted. "I've got to loose like eight pounds."

While we had Diddy in the hot seat, we also got down to other business -- namely, a recent nightclub run-in with Lindsay Lohan. So did Diddy really take her place in the VIP section, which upset the beautiful young starlet?

"Lindsay, she's cool with me, I'm cool with everybody," he responded. "I don't have any problems with anybody."

Janet Jackson returned to the spotlight Tuesday as a special guest presenter. She acknowledged to the crowd, "It's so good to be back with my ‘Good Times' family."
