Courteney Cox-Arquette is into a new workout called Budokan, which is a combination of martial arts, yoga and meditation.
Meanwhile, Demi Moore diets on a raw food regime, and Jessica
Simpson got her "Dukes of Hazard" derriere and legs into tip-top shape by doing 45 minutes of squats and lunges.
Kristin Davis says she stays "Thin in the City" with yoga.
"American Idol's" Kelly Clarkson does 90 minutes on the treadmill every morning. "Kelly says her body is better than ever," Ali told us.
And TV Guide cover girl, Kelly Ripa, stays rock hard, even after delivering three children, thanks not only to her personal chef but also by sweating it out on the treadmill three times a week (not to mention chasing after the kids). "She actually weighs twenty pounds less, after having three kids, than she did in high school," Ali confirmed.
