Harrison Ford's Girlfriend to Co-Star in 'Indiana Jones 4?'
June 16, 2005
The Tinseltown rumors keep popping up -- so we keep
knocking them down. From a "Desperate Housewife"
to a real-life queen, we've got the straight scoop in
your latest edition of Rumor Control.
"Desperate Housewives" star Teri Hatcher
is so hot she can't leave Wisteria Lane without the
paparazzi in tow. But have the overzealous shutterbugs
scared her daughter Emerson?
Yes -- Hatcher told us her 7-year-old daughter is terrified of the photographers and their long-lens cameras. "We talked about how the paparazzi kind of follow us around and interrupt our privacy and our day," Teri revealed.
And from this mother-daughter team to one of Hollywood's
most endearing couples, are Harrison Ford
and Calista Flockhart taking their
off-screen chemistry to the big screen?
Yes -- word is that Calista will star alongside Harrison in the long-awaited fourth installment of "Indiana Jones." Ford, Steven Spielberg and George Lucas are all mounting up for the film.
Meanwhile, rumors are spreading that Queen Latifah
is far behind on her office space rent. But is there
truth to the stories?
No -- "Why do they want to knock the Queen down with all this hubbub about the office?" Latifah asked. "First of all, we own our office in Jersey City, so they got the wrong location. That was a dispute we had with the person who owned our recording studio, and it's already been settled. Ignore what you read. It's not always true!"
And finally, now that he's been acquitted, could Michael
Jackson be going after District Attorney Tom
Sneddon?
Yes -- Jackson's defense attorney Thomas Mesereau told
CNN's Larry King that he believes they
have a case. "I think it would be warranted,"
Mesereau declared. "Do I think [the accusations
were] done maliciously and unfairly? Absolutely."
