Did Paparazzo Cause Lindsay Lohan Car Crash?
June

Lindsay Lohan was in tears Tuesday after a paparazzo allegedly slammed into her Mercedes- Benz as he tried to take a picture of the 18-year-old star.
Lindsay's car was badly damaged with a hole torn out of the driver's side door. Lohan, however, only had minor injuries.
We've learned the paparazzo, 24-year-old photographer
Galo Ramirez, was arrested on suspicion of assault with
a deadly weapon: his minivan. He was released on $35,000
bail.
But "Extra" has also learned that Ramirez has an outstanding warrant on a drug charge. Los Angeles Police Lieutenant Paul Vernon revealed that Ramirez began following Lohan in Beverly Hills and didn't stop until he slammed into her car.
"The accident was intentional and not an accident," Vernon declared.
Lindsay's mother, Dina, issued this statement: "I thank God my daughter was able to walk out of the car."
Recently, our Jon Kelley spoke to Lindsay about the
price of fame, and the young star told him she felt
it just came with the territory. "You can't really
complain about that," she said. "It's hard
because a lot of your personal life is out there on
the line, but it's something you've got to expect when
you get into this business. It's going to happen."
But Lindsay is far from alone among celebs with paparazzo
problems. Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake recently
got into it with two photogs who they claim jumped out
of the bushes at them. We've learned those shutterbugs
work for the same company as Ramirez.
When Lindsay's new movie "Herbie: Fully Loaded" comes out in three weeks, it will make her an even hotter commodity. She can only hope it doesn't mean she'll have to continue paying the price of fame.
