Boyish Looks and Dancing Legs Top Most Beautiful List
April 26, 2006

They've got the world's most beautiful bodies and most fabulous faces.

People's World's Most Beautiful list is about to hit newsstands, and only "Extra's" Tanika Ray hooked up with the magazine's Editor At Large Jess Cagle for a preview of this year's sizzling edition.

This year, Ryan Seacrest is being "Idolized," while usual suspects George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Eva Longoria and "Sexiest Man Alive" Matthew McConaughey continue to grace the list.

So how does the magazine narrow it down to the 100 Most Beautiful? "We basically look at people that are standard bearers of beauty right now," Cagle revealed. "People who have set trends in beauty and people who are just simply talked about."

Only "Extra" got a behind-the-lens look of the magazine's photo shoot -- a shoot that found "Dancing with the Stars'" Stacy Keibler kicking up those 42-inch legs once again.

Red-hot Marcia Cross revealed her beauty secret for keeping that porcelain skin flawless. "I wear sunscreen and live in a hat," she revealed.

Also at the shoot were Kirstie Alley, who celebrated dropping 64 pounds, and beautiful Brooke Shields, who posed proudly after picking up a few. "She really looked beautiful throughout this pregnancy and didn't mind being photographed 8 months pregnant," Cagle said.

As for the boyishly-handsome men topping the list, it's Dr. McDreamy, Patrick Dempsey. And he revealed an "Anatomy" secret of his own: he hates shaving. But Naveen Andrews admitted he's "Lost" without his razor, saying he can't stand wearing stubble on the island.

But there can only be one Most Beautiful, and this year, the honor goes to Angelina Jolie.

The magazine also honors Jessica Alba, Jessica Simpson and Halle Berry, whose boyfriend Gabriel Aubry also made the list.

People's World's Most Beautiful List hits newsstands May 2.
