Blonde bombshell Sharon Stone took London by storm at the world premiere of her latest film, "Basic Instinct 2."

The busy starlet hasn't paused for a moment since landing in London, and was spotted looking fashionable in fur Tuesday night at the trendy eatery, Cipriani.

Photographers surrounded the sleek-dressed Sharon at the premiere, where she was spotted posing with her costar, David Morrissey. The sexy, mature actress just turned 48, but she's still blazing hot! And Stone sees her new film as a symbol for women over 40.

"In America we tend to erase women after 40," she said. " This film explores the sexual dynamics of a woman in her forties, in a provocative and powerful way."

Sharon may be steaming up the silver screen, but she's not dishing about her own sex life. "That is none of your business, mister," she said.
