Days after squashing rumors of a split, superstar pair Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes said hello to Australia. The couple docked in Sydney for the funeral of media mogul Kerry Packer.

As they left the somber event, Tom signed autographs and posed for pictures while pregnant Katie boarded their awaiting yacht. His loving fiancé watched the spectacle from the boat, where Tom greeted her with a tender hug and kiss moments later.

While TomKat canoodle down under, it seems Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora are moving on.

"She had a night of Karaoke," revealed Jamie Bufalino of People Magazine. "You know someone is doing pretty well if she can start singing."

In addition to singing, Heather has taken part in retail therapy. "Extra" caught the red-hot actress shopping in LA with 8-year-old daughter, Ava.

But Locklear isn't the only one spending lots of time with their daughter. Sambora is taking a break from touring with Bon Jovi to spend some quality time with Ava.

"He made a point of heading back to Los Angeles, and he's staying with friends" Bufalino said. "He had a party for Ava and some of her friends."

Another split that has been through divorce hell and back is that of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger. And now Alec wants to share all the dirty laundry!

Baldwin is writing a book about his ongoing custody battle with Basinger over his daughter, Ireland, in the hopes that it will help others. The book is expected to hit bookshelves mid-2007.

In addition to the book, Baldwin also is planning a series of divorce seminars for parents.

But one couple that won't need to enroll in those classes is Madonna and Guy Ritchie. The couple stampeded reports of martial problems with a joint appearance at the Brit Awards, where Madonna picked up the award for Best International Female.
