Couples Storm the Grammy Awards
February 8, 2006

This year's Grammy Awards promise to be the biggest yet. Leading the pack with eight nominations each are Mariah Carey, Kanye West and John Legend. Nine-time Grammy winner Alicia Keyes is up for five more awards this year, and she humbly confessed to "Extra", "I'm such a fan of music. I'm still in awe of the company that's here."

The night's performers include Madonna, the Gorillaz, U2, Bruce Springsteen and Coldplay. But despite all the talent, the focus of the evening is who will rock the green carpet together before the show begins!

Rumor has it that newly single songstress Sheryl Crow will walk the carpet solo, although she was seen chatting it up with rockers Rob Thomas and Steven Tyler at the pre-Grammy gala.

But foxy Jamie Foxx is letting everyone guess who he will arrive with. At Clive Owen's pre-Grammy bash, "Extra" caught "American Idol's" Fantasia serenading him with a sweet song, and then later we spotted Foxx getting up close and personal with the newly single Gabrielle Union.

Many other celebrities are keeping their dates top secret as well. Adam Levine of Maroon 5 and Jessica Simpson are rumored to be hot and heavy, but Levine's lips are sealed. Nicole Kidman and country crooner Keith Urban are also keeping mum about their plans for the evening.
