All the Red Carpet Glamour, A Fraction of the Price
January 18, 2006

Chanel, Valentino, Marc Bouwer, Elli Saab, Versace and Dior draped the leading ladies of fashion at Monday night's Golden Globes Awards. And now there's hope for all you who fell in love with the stars' gorgeous (and extremely pricey) gowns -- you can afford one, too!

While the stars celebrated their Golden wins, designer Allen Schwartz of A.B.S., pulled an all-nighter creating Globe-inspired fashion that you can afford!

"It's really hard to find a dress that fits you right and looks good," Schwartz said.

Southern sweetie Reese Witherspoon was the rave of the red carpet in her champagne and metallic vintage Chanel. "This is our version," Schwartz showed us. "We'll be selling this dress here for approximately $350 retail."

What about Charlize Theron's sexy black Dior dress? A.B.S.'s version of the same sexy cocktail dress, "Will retail around $350," Schwartz said.

Schwartz also created gowns inspired by Keira Knightley's stunning Valentino and Marcia Cross's coral Marc Bouwer gown.

"Lost" star Evangeline Lilly rocked the red carpet in a $10,000 Ellie Saab creation. The actress told "Extra," "As soon as I saw the green, I thought, 'That's got to be the one.'"

And Schwartz knew he had to create a less expensive version of Evangeline's gown. "Our version in silk charmeuse will retail for about $350," he revealed.

So, there you have it! Fashion as easy as A.BS!
