He sculpted "Catwoman" Halle Berry's buff body, and the rest of the time star trainer Harley Pasternak spends months on location with celebrities like Val Kilmer and Jim Caviezel.

"I've never worked so hard in my life," Berry admitted of her time with Pasternak.

Pasternak pumps iron with former NBA star Rick Fox, and only "Extra" was invited in for a workout. Fox is following Pasternak's the 5-Factor Diet and Fitness Program, as outlined in his new book of the same name. "This workout program is five workouts a week and each workout is five five-minute phases," Pasternak explained.

Each day, you work five specific areas, all in less than half an hour. And you get to eat five times a day as well. The menu calls for healthy dishes like stir-fry, Thai chicken wraps and pizza. "I've made this for Halle Berry, and I made this for Eva Mendes, Rachel Weisz and Rick," Pasternak revealed, showing us pictures of his dishes.

Each meal fulfills five criteria and should take just five minutes to make, like a pizza made with a flourless wrap, tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes, veggie pepperoni and nonfat mozzarella cheese.

Pasternak's program works for the stars, and if you follow his 5-Factor Fitness routine, you can look like one too.
