The women from the Rxtra unit put themselves on the line... for three months we will track their progress as they take the SELF CHALLENGE to become as healthy as they can be...

Spinning, lifting, and eating right. It's all part of Self magazine's annual Fitness Challenge. So who's going to give up, shape up and pump up for the next three months? We are! The women of EXTRA's health and beauty unit.

Self magazine editor Cindy Leive believes we'll inspire readers. If we can do it you can do it! She says, "Experts say it takes 100 days to make a healthy habit stick. When you do something for three months its likely to become part of your routine."

Our routine includes spinning with Debbie Rocker owner of "The Ride" studio in Sherman Oaks, California. And trimming the fat out of our diets and the pounds off the scale is Carrie Wiatt from L.A.'s Diet Designs. She says, "I would definitely recommend cutting back on alcohol, ice cream, things found in baked goods."

Ok, we have our assignment. Let's go girls!
