Quick
Fix
How do you spend your lunch hour? Feasting on fast food
or making a dash for cash? How about some plastic surgery?
It's no joke... from liposuction to wrinkle removal
a lunch break is all you need for a 60 minute miracle.
Darlene Herbeck is a woman on the run. She's tried peddling
her pounds away but can't seem to bust her gut! She
says, "I'm real happy with my body, I work hard
to keep fit but I?m unhappy with this little smile,
this pooch."
Maureen Neumiller blames her big belly on her genes.
She says, "My sisters have it, my mother has it.
It's just never gone away."
So they went to Dr. Thomas Barnes who promises to burst
that bubble on the double. He says, "It's a mini
liposuction where we're just taking a little fat below
the belly button."
Just a fraction of fat sucked out in no time flat! All
it takes is one tiny incision, some numbing fluid, and
no anesthesia!
In less than 30 minutes Darleen's waist withered and
Maureen got a tighter tummy. And it's not just a battle
of the bulge. How about a fast face fix?
Victoria Hudson never knew that a few teenage pimples
would eventually leave their mark. She says, "What
I hope to achieve by doing this process is to even out
some of the depressions."
And Colette Mollise couldn't bear seeing her same old
face. She tells us, "I am tired of looking in the
mirror and looking at the fine lines underneath my eyes."
Their fix: it's called radiofrequency skin resurfacing.
Dr. Patrick Abergel, director of the Santa Monica Laser
Center says this is an ideal procedure for women on
the go. He tells EXTRA, "There is very minimal
redness, the patient recover very fast, three to four
days and there is no pain during their recovery."
Okay, what's the trick? Cool electrically charged water
zaps the skin, lifting the layers and the lines. But
instead of sore skin, both women left with a brighter
tighter look.
Okay, so the fixes are quick, but do they work? All
four women said they never felt or looked better!
