Satietrol
From
Fried, boiled, baked, mashed or hashed... anyway you
slice it most people think potatoes, like most carbs,
will prevent you from peeling off the pounds! Not anymore,
this spud stud is back as the main ingredient in a new
diet supplement. Dr. Robert Portman, a researcher for
the makers of Satietrol, says its a convenient,
effective way to lose weight.
Dr. Portman explains, "You take satietrol about
10 to 15 minutes before you eat. It gives you a feeling
of fullness so
you eat less.
Satietrol is a powder that's mixed with water into a
shake. In addition to potatoes, its made from
milk protein, alfalfa sprouts and other ingredients.
Skeptical? After just one shake, Bill Howe noticed a
difference. A true believer, Bill Howe states, "I
was getting disgusted with nothing fitting anymore and
that's when I finally made up my mind that I wanted
to do something about it and permanently take it off.
I didn't feel like eating the same amount that I did
so the quantity of food that was being taken in was
cut almost in half."
In months, Bill lost 45 pounds and several inches off
his waist and he never deprives himself. He even eats
a chocolate bar every day.
So how does it work? The company claims Satietrol triggers
the release of CCK, a protein that signals the brain
to stop eating. Nutritionist Dr. Michael Hirt says satietrol
is safe but probably not all that effective
Dr. Hirt explains, "What satietrol is really doing
is making people feel fuller by having a bunch of fiber
like Metamucil rather than changing people's CCK. Any
weight loss aid is just that. It helps you lose
weight, and unless you change your behaviors you're
not going to keep it off.
But Bill Howe says he is living proof that this packet
full of potatoes packs a powerful punch. Bill says,
For me its nothing short I guess of a miracle
that I can continue with the same lifestyle I have.
I'm not exercising but yet I'm still losing the weight.
So now it's up to you to decide whether this spuds for
you! Satietrol has about 80 calories per serving
and it will cost you about forty dollars for a one-month
supply.
