A certain kind of oil may actually help women with breast
cancer. A small Canadian study finds that adding flaxseed
oil to your diet slows down the growth of breast cancer
tumors. However more study is needed before doctors can
recommend it.

The debate may finally be over. A
new study confirms that margarine is healthier for
us than butter. Researchers say margarine is better at
cutting the risk for heart disease. The reason - it reduces
bad cholesterol.

We all know over the long haul working out trims us down
and builds up muscle. But did you know as soon as you
