Backside Workout Comparison
Monday
July 9, 2001
Three
West coast women are in search of one simple solution.
Deborah Corday, Tina Kohler, and Bobbe Renshaw
all want smaller backsides.
We took out the tape and got their numbers: Deborah
38 inches, Tina 42, and Bobbe 45.
They were given six weeks to reduce their rears.

Deborah
worked out with a personal trainer, Tina tried endermology
and Bobbe went spinning.
A former fitness trainer and dancer, Deborah wants to
reclaim her buff body and fit into her favorite outfits.
Enter Tarik Tyler, personal trainer at Crunch gym. He
has Deborah doing a bun-burning workout three times a
week. Repetitive kick boxing with two sets of ten pushups,
35 crunches, and some more kicks finish up this one-hour
bun burner!
So Tina went for a series of endermology treatments. Rollers
attached to a vacuum tighten Tina’s legs and behind.
Bobbe's big problem is eating on the run. She hopes spinning
will be her solution. Spinning guru Debbie
Rocker has Bobbe pedaling six days a week.
Deborah tirelessly trained, Tina underwent endermology,
and Bobbe stuck with spinning So who's the big loser six
weeks later?
Deborah's derriere went from 38 inches to 36. Tina now
fits into her favorite pants but her measurement stayed
the same at 42 inches. The bottom line for Bobbe, she
lost five inches, from 45 to 40.
Congratulations girls, now you can hit the pool with pride!
