Hot Point Fitness

When
"Survivor" star Kelly Wiglesworth decided
to burn off 25 pounds to look hot for her new
show "Celebrity Adventures" and L.A.
deejay Ted Stryker decided he had let himself
go long enough, both turned to personal trainer
and author of "Hot Point Fitness" Steve
Zim who promised to transform their bodies in
eight weeks.
|
Twenty-three-year-old
Kelly hits the ground running, weights, and cardio five
days a week. At home, she revamps her diet with lots of
salad, vegetables, protein, and plenty of water.
For Stryker, no more stops at fast food drive-ins before
work. He says, "Now I bring a little chicken, no skin,
no bones to work and an apple."
At the gym, Stryker's melting away the fat with Steve's
specially designed exercises with a twist. Ted says, I'm
in here doing 40 minutes to an hour of weights. I jog
on the treadmill for a few miles."
So the eight weeks are up. Final measurements Kelly? Body
fat? Down nine percent to exactly 20 percent. Weight 130
pounds, a 24-pound loss.
Now Stryker. His problem area was his waist. His body
fat dropped to 8.9 and he lost 26 pounds.
Success!
