Shes
the one who lost the cool million to Richard Hatch
on the original "Survivor." She is 23-year-old
Kelly Wiglesworth.
He is one of the hottest deejays in Los Angeles,
26-year-old Ted Stryker.
Both are hoping to change their bodies and their
lives.
Kelly
says, “I've got this new show with the E! Channel called
“Celebrity Adventures. I want to look good in a bikini."
Ted says, "I want to be able to take my shirt off and
be like ‘what's up?’"
Personal trainer and author of Hot Point Fitness Steve
Zim says he can transform Kelly and Stryker in just eight
weeks.
First up are the measurements. A starving Kelly walked
off "Survivor" last year weighing 125 pounds. A year later
she tops the scale at 154 with 29.2 percent body fat.
The stats on Stryker? After years of eating fast food
and not exercising, he weighs 186 pounds with 22.7 percent
body fat. Stryker says, “At the end of eight weeks I want
to see a lot of my body fat gone.”
Steve can do it but first Kelly and Stryker have to learn
the "Hot Point Fitness" way.
Steve claims traditional lifts use only a third of the
muscles. But these infrared images of a shoulder workout
show his custom designed exercises with a twist work the
entire muscle.
Four weeks into the program, Kelly is already seeing results.
She’s down to 144 pounds. Good news for Stryker too. He’s
down to 179 pounds.
