Do this 40 minute walking workout 2-4 times a week and notice changes inside and out!

Walk at a steady pace for 40 minutes, keep your focus on your breathing, the breath should be steady and powerful, not too stressful, but deep enough to feel yourself exerting a strong effort, ongoing for 40 minutes.

This steady endurance pace will enhance high caloric expenditure with maximum fat burning

Throughout the walk keep focusing on the breath, listen to your breath, see how steady and calm the breathing becomes as you settle into a steady pace.

Pick a phrase or word that feels empowering to you or relaxing to you and say it over and over.

Each walk may have a different theme, one day you walk for relieving anxiety and your phrase is "I am calm today" and you focus your energies as you walk on calming thoughts, thinking about the ocean and looking at the flowers closely as you walk.

One day may be empowerment, "I am strong today" and you think of things that make you feel strong, closing a deal, helping someone out, feeling your footstep on the pavement- solid and steady.

The workout should be done 2-4 times a week for maximum benefits of weight loss and stress relief.
