The
OOOf Ball Workout Workout
We
smack em', kick em, hit em' and bounce em' but using
a ball to build a buff body? This ball is not just for
bouncing and playing but also for building muscles and
doing cardio. Fitness expert Michael Carson "tossed
around" the idea of working out with balls weighing
two to 10 pounds. He says OOOF ball is sure
to "catch" on.
Michael
explains, What the weight will do is force your
body at your core level, your muscular level. The workout
uses your whole body.

Cardio
Warm-up
You
warm up with OOOF Ball starting with some simple
cardio moves. Jumping up and down with a ball.
Do 20 jumps and you will really start to feel
it .

 |
Abs
Flat
on your back and it's a good time to attack the
abs. This really works! Twenty twists will slim
your sides. Twenty lifts and can you say six-pack?

Leap
Frog
Now
it's time to limber up the legs with a little
game of leapfrog but this isn't child's play,
especially with a five-pound ball! (See the
video to get the motion right.)

 |
Arms/ Shoulders
We
then move on to arms. This exercise is good for
your arms, shoulders and especially your butt!
The arms get a workout by using at swaying motion
and the butt gets a workout through a series of
squat movements.

 |
Chest
Moving
to the chest, this is a power push up. These moves
are great for building a firmer front and chiseled
chest. 15 of these and were finished!
