Are you ready to face the challenge?

It's quite easy, actually. Just look at the pairs of "food comparisons" in the pictures below and guess which food in each pair is lower in calories.

The calories are based on the amount of food you see in the photographs.

Even if you get 100 percent correct on the quiz, the images will remind you of things that you already know about these foods.
