The
Formula Diet
The weeks before a competition for any pro-athlete are
intense, often excruciating. It's during this time that
athletes do something called fat flushing; a specific
diet to lose that last bit of fat and build muscle for
peak performance.
Now fat flushing is part of a new revolutionary diet
