What are the two primary contributions pageants make for today's women?

The two primary contributions that pageants make for today's
women are the opportunities and resources made available for women to
venture into careers of their choosing.

2.) What is the single, most important message a titleholder
can convey?
|
|
The most important message that I can convey to others
would simply be that anything is possible and to never give up hope.
|

3.) Are you currently attending school or involved
in any educational studies? If so, what are you studying? Where? What
are your eventual goals?

|
I am currently attending New Mexico State University in
Las Cruces, NM, working towards a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism
Management. I would love to own and operate a Bed & Breakfast Inn near
Santa Fe, NM.

4.) Are you currently employed? If so, what is your
occupation?
|
|
Yes, part time as a sales associate at the Gap.
|

5.) Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to
being a state titleholder) that makes you especially proud.
|
|
Although I feel my biggest achievements are ahead of me,
I am most proud to be pursuing my college education. By obtaining my degree,
I am providing myself with a solid foundation from which I can prosper.

6.) What have you learned about yourself during the
past year?
|
| What I have learned most about myself in the
past year is the value of my inner strength. |
| 7.)What is the most daring or adventurous
thing you have done? |
| A time-honored tradition called the "Polar Bear,"
jumping into freezing lake water, dunking your head under water and remaining
in neck-high water for a minute. |
| 8.) Describe what you think the role of women
will be in the 21st century. |
| In the 21st century, the role of women will
continue to flourish. We will continue our journey as Universal messengers
of courage, love and hope. |
| 9) What charity/charities have you supported
with your time and/or resources in the past? |
| I continue to support a variety of programs
and services that are provided to my community by the local Salvation Army.
There is no greater feeling for me than opening my heart and lending myself
to the neighbors in my community who at times need a helping hand. |

your view of life? |
| Cherish your visions and your dreams,as they
are the children of your soul and the blueprints of your ultimate achievements. |

| My photo albums and scrapbooks are the most
