A deadly virus, city at risk, and it's all inside Bill Murray's body. Bill says, “For this film, and this film only, I’ve allowed myself to get off of a very fine edge that I keep myself tuned to.”

“Osmosis Jones” is the clever new film from madcap filmmakers the Farrelly brothers. Part live action, part animation, Bill Murray, Chris Rock, David Hyde Pierce, Brandy, and Laurence Fishburne help bring this biological buddy cop story to life.
Chris Rock explains, “I play Osmosis Jones, a white blood cell inside Bill Murray's body.”
Fishburne says, “I play this virus called Thrax who has invaded Bill Murray's body and I’m trying to kill him in 48 hours.”
Rock says, “So I have to solve the case of where he got his infection.”
Murray plays Frank, a zoo worker who gets sick after eating a dirty egg that dropped in the chimp cage. Rock teams with David Hyde Pierce, the cold pill to fight the virus. Along the way, Osmosis Jones falls in love with the sexy little red blood cell lea played by Brandy.
A fun-filled ride through the human body, but this is
also a movie with a message. Chris explains, “Don’t eat
monkey eggs.”
