With all the recent speculation about this trio, Celebrity Justice has learned Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid quietly called it quits on May 31st of this year according to divorce papers filed in Los Angeles family court.

According to divorce papers, Meg and Dennis agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their 9-year-old son Jack. The court has not ordered either party to pay child support and both Ryan and Quaid have agreed not to ever seek alimony from the other.
When it comes to splitting property, the mere name of a big celebrity translates into money; it's called celebrity good will. Meg commands 20 million a film, Quaid can pull in four a picture. Rather than fight over future value of their names, each gave up rights to the other's marquee value.
Meg and Dennis made a private side agreement dividing most of their assets: bank accounts, houses, furnishings, everything.
So the book is closed on the marriage of Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan, and the ending appears Hollywood friendly.
