come to mind. It seems that elegance is out and
daring is in. Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez,
Halle Berry and Christina Aguilera love to see
how low their waistlines can go. Not to mention
those middriff mavens from Destiny's Child.

Avril Graham, Marie Claire’s executive fashion editor isn't surprised that middriffs and low-rise pants, popular back in the sixties, are in style once again. But Graham reminds viewers, you've got to work those abs to wear this revealing look. “Avoid it if there is any resemblance of middriff bulge, any stretch marks and you are not 100 percent toned."
L.A. clothes designer Joomi Joolz says her low rising jeans are flying off the racks.
Former Survivor 2 cast member Jerri Manthey says the look suits her attitude. “It’s glitzy, it's feminine, but it still has a tough edge to it, it fits my personality."
