Fun, sexy and fresh, with the "girl next door" tone is how Cindy Margolis describes her new calendar. But how many of the girls next door look like her? Photographer Jon Abeyta has come to the Kea Lani Resort in Hawaii to give pin up Cindy Margolis a hip new look for her knockout new calendar. Cindy's 2001 calendar is going to be hot, intense and sophisticated.

And to capture that sophisticated new look, Cindy traded her trademark bikinis for high heels and high fashion. And in some cases high risk poses...

"We are having her sit on some ledges of the hotel where in actuality if she slipped she could fall very far," says Jon.

"The key when you are shooting at heights is to not look down," advises Cindy.

For a daring look of a different kind, Cindy jumped into a freezing cold fountain right in the hotel lobby wearing nothing but skimpy black lingerie.

"I don't want to disrupt any of the guests here. This is their vacation, beautiful Maui, the last thing they want to see is me in lingerie in the middle of the fountain," Cindy tells us.

Maybe the first thing judging by the faces of gawking tourists and wide-eyed bellmen. It's that kind of response that has made Cindy the most popular cyber-babe on the internet downloaded once every ten seconds!

"I always consider myself the pioneer with the internet," she says.

EXTRA helped Cindy blaze her internet trail by providing her web debut. But this business savvy beauty did the rest herself, marketing her sexy image to millions without ever taking her clothes off. "Yahoo Internet Life's" Ron Belbruno says Cindy's created that strong brand through small roles in big movies like "Austin Powers" and by spending a lot of time online chatting with her fans

"She's very accessible and very engaging to her fans online. And she's been very careful to create a very positive image for herself," says Ron.

A positive image she hopes will make her exotic new calendar as popular as her web site.
