Naomi Judd

From her sprawling Nashville ranch filled with platinum to her surprising sense of humor hidden in a closet full of pranks, country queen Naomi Judd is living large. She tells us that she is healthy, happy, and high on life.

Judd is sharing her secret to keeping that gorgeous glow she is famous for. She says, "People have been coming up to me for a long time asking what I do for my skin because I'm a very proud 57-year-old."

While other celebrity golden girls swear by their dermatologists, Judd says she whips up her own magic potion right at home. She says, "I’ve never had Botox, glycolic peel, dermabrasion, or that kind of stuff. I've been making my own homemade soap since the seventies."

Now Judd has her own skin care line called Esteem, which also describes her personal philosophy. She says, "The number one indicator for how healthy you are going to be, how long you're going to live, and how happy and successful you're going to be is your self esteem."

Judd, who pitches Esteem in an infomercial, began developing it after recovering from hepatitis C several years ago. She says, "I knew the minute I tried it that it was something really different."

So what is the secret ingredient? It is very powerful, pharmaceutical-grade retinol. Judd says, "This exfoliates while we are sleeping. It has micro-sponges in it. Nobody else has this."
