Trista and Ryan's Wedding

It was a night the world will never forget. Seventeen million viewers watched as TV’s most-famous reality romance reached a stunning conclusion. Trista and Ryan finally said their "I do’s." "Extra" reveals the only morning-after interview with Mr. and Mrs. Stutter.

Trista says, "We're really sad because it's over because it was so much fun. We just had the best night."

Trista and Ryan reveal the most memorable moment was seeing each other for the first time that night as Trista walked down the opulent aisle covered with 5,000 yards of pink ribbon. Ryan says, "I was just kind of overcome at that point."

Trista adds, "Once I saw him and could lock my eyes into him, I felt comfortable and happy. You could probably see it on my face."

But the couple admits the mood lightened the minute Trista got up to the extravagant alter. Ryan says, "The first thing that you said to me when I saw you and I walked up to the platform is, ‘I can't believe there are helicopters.’"

The celebrity event continued right down to Ryan's surprise that shocked his new bride at the wedding reception. Months ago Ryan asked his pal, country star Brad Paisley, to record a song from the very first poem he wrote Trista.

Trista says, "He flew in specifically for our wedding when he had a concert an hour and a half later in Vegas."

But the wedding held even more surprises that you didn’t see in the ABC special Wednesday night. We have the official wedding pictures, touching moments of Trista with her mom, the helping hands of her bridesmaids, and Trista jumping into Ryan’s arms.

Hours before the wedding, Ryan sent Trista an embroidered poem to carry with her. And Trista’s mom brought the bride to tears too.

But the biggest surprise will come from their wedding planner, Mindy Weiss. She says, "When the invitations went out, inside the invitation we sent an 8-by-8 piece of muslin. Then we had it all put together as a Christmas skirt. No one has seen this quilt."

But Trista and Ryan say the best gift of all is their future together. Ryan says, "We're going to have a great time living together forever." Trista adds, "We are just going to ride into the sunset and be happy."
