'Survivor' Castaway Attacked by Wife
He scrapped his way into the final four on the CBS hit show, "Survivor: Thailand."
But used car salesman and former soft-core porn actor Brian Heidik is having a tougher time surviving in his own home.
Last month, the 34-year-old was lounging on his couch he says he was attacked by his own wife, Charmaine Ann Heidik.
Charmaine appeared on an episode of "Survivor." The program taped five months ago and aired recently as she and other castaway relatives were allowed brief visits with the tropical contestants.
Now Charmaine is visiting court, taken to trial in Lancaster, California.
"Extra" obtained the police report that details the confrontation. Apparently, Ms. Heidik came home to find Mr. Heidik "passed out drunk on the couch with a beer in his hand."
What happened next led to the wife's arrest. She yelled, she screamed, and she "punched him in the nose while he was sleeping." He was still bleeding a bit when the cops arrived.
Mr. Heidik says this is not the first time his wife has beat on him and he plans to file for divorce.
Meanwhile, he failed to appear Tuesday in court to testify against his wife. And, despite a restraining order to keep the two apart, Ms. Heidik admitted to "Extra," "We talked on the phone a couple of times."
So while Ms. Heidik awaits her fate in court, the world will see if this Survivor can score a million bucks from the Tribal Council on Thursday night.
