But when Jennifer came over to talk to "Extra," Ben faded back into the crowd, giving his love the spotlight.
Jennifer has been working overtime these days. She has a new album, a new movie, and just completed a tour of her old Bronx neighborhood.
Joining Jennifer on the red carpet were famous friends like Julia Styles, Tim Robbins, his wife Susan Sarandon, Natasha Richardson with hubby Liam Neeson and 11-year old Tyler Posey who plays Jennifer’s son in the movie.
